Your privacy is a priority at Olee. This document lays out, in simple terms, what data we take in, why we need it, and how we shield it. Read on to stay in the know.
When you use Olee, you share some details on purpose — your name, a username you pick, your email — to get your account up and running and stay connected. You might also let us know your preferences, like how you want notifications or your privacy settings.
But there’s more. As you move through the app, Olee quietly picks up other info: what kind of device you’re using, your general location from your IP address (or specific if you say it’s okay), and how you use the app — like which parts you visit a lot or how often you open it.
We also use things like cookies to figure out how people use Olee and keep everything working right.
We collect your info to make Olee better and safer for you. Here’s how it helps:
· Making it yours: Showing you stuff that matters most, based on how you use the app.
· Fixing and growing: Finding bugs, making it faster, and adding new features you’ll like.
· Keeping you safe: Catching people trying to get into your account without permission or other fishy business.
· Helping when you need it: Answering your questions quickly when you reach out.
· Following the rules: Doing what the law says to keep Olee legal and secure.
We never sell your personal info or let others use it for marketing.
Your data is yours, and you have options:
· Ask to see what info we have about you.
· Change any info that’s wrong or old.
· Tell us to delete your data (when the law lets us).
· Limit how we use your info in some cases.
· Choose which emails or alerts you get.
To do any of these, just email the Olee Team at twilightFern930615@163.com . We’re here to help.
We protect your info with:
· Encryption: So your data is safe when it’s moving or stored.
· Limited access: Only team members who need to see your info can.
· Regular checks: To stop new threats from getting in.
No system is perfect, though. So we suggest you use a strong password and keep your login details to yourself.
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law says. After that, we either delete it safely or make it anonymous so no one can link it to you.
Sometimes we need to share your data with trusted companies that help run Olee — like those who host the app or handle customer support. They have to keep your info secret.
We also share data if the law says we must, or to keep everyone safe.
If Olee is ever bought or merged with another company, your data might be passed on. But we’ll tell you before that happens.
Olee is for people 17 and older. We don’t mean to collect info from kids under 17. If we find out we have, we’ll delete it right away.
Since Olee is used all over the world, your data might be stored or handled in different countries. Privacy laws are different in each place, but we make sure your data is always well protected.
We might update this privacy commitment sometimes. When we do, we’ll put the new version here and tell you in the app. If you keep using Olee, that means you agree to the new commitment.
If you have any questions or want to make a request, email the Olee Team at twilightFern930615@163.com .
We care about your trust and are happy to help with anything about your privacy.
